Dr. Foust attended the University of Pittsburgh-Greensburg for her undergraduate studies where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a pre-medical focus. She then went on to graduate with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
She enjoys many aspects of small animal veterinary medicine, but has a particular interest in internal medicine and surgery. She hopes to become certified in rehabilitation within the next couple years so that she can incorporate those skills when caring for young and geriatric patients to help them live a more mobile and comfortable life.
During her free time, she enjoys sitting down to read a good book, traveling, and spending as much time as possible outdoors, whether it be hiking or tending to her garden. Dr. Foust and her husband Nick are excited to be back in Pennsylvania and enjoy spending time with their family and fur-kids (one dog – Remi and three cats – Lulu, Simon, and Ellie).
