3/31/2020: Essential Services Only
For the safety of our staff and clients, we are limiting appointments to essential services. We are not currently scheduling routine toenail trims or other non-essential grooming visits at this time. This policy will remain in effect until the COVID-19 threat is under control. Thank you for understanding and stay safe!
3/21/2020: Veterinary Telemedicine
For the convenience of our current clients Dr. Cirillo will now be accepting telemedicine consults!
3/19/2020: Policy Updates
We know that the COVID-19 crisis is constantly evolving and that many folks are worried. However, we will remain open and available for appointments and surgeries as long as we can. We appreciate your cooperation and patience with our new check in and appointment protocols. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us. We are here to help.
3/15/2020: Letter from Dr. Ann Cirillo
Dear Pet Parents,
We want to assure you that we are taking every precaution with the recent coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), and will continue to do so for as long as necessary.
We love your pets and will continue to provide the exceptional care they need and deserve. Every day we routinely use sterilization solutions effective in killing coronavirus as well as other pathogens to keep our areas clean and sanitary. We will continue to do this as well as making sure common areas such as door knobs, chairs, keyboards, and other frequently “touched” areas are routinely sanitized.
There is no evidence at this time that companion animals or pets can be infected by COVID-19. We will stay up to date through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, the American Veterinary Medical Association and other public health agencies in order to protect you and your families while remaining open to take care of your pets. In-clinic appointments are still being scheduled and seen as usual however we have implemented a few additional precautions for the safety of our pet parents and their families:
